I was wondering how can we make the small thumbnails images in the hero banner bugger so that it improves the resolution? It’s not an issue in mobiles or desktops where is shown in such a way where you cannot even notice the issue. But in medium sized devices like a tablet the resolution is very bad since its being stretch upwards instead of downwards.
I tried desactivating override image size option and changing the medium size image in media settings to 500 by 370 which should be around the same to 320 by 190, and although it worked great, the bigger posts in the hero banner shrinked a bit and don’t look the same as how I have it set right now. Any ideas?
Thank you guys 🙂

Here is an example of the resolution difference. Just check the bottom post compare to the rest.

That sound very easy 🙂 though I am not ready to change to the new update, I got used to the old one and still love the old mobile menu with the logo on top. Also I tried in my test website but I cannot find the proper way to set up the logo, since I have a handful of mods in place that make it impossible without having to deleted a huge chunk of css.

I see well I definitely want to change to the new sparkles, but I am having trouble making the mobile logo be the same way as I have now. And I have no Idea why.

manage to change it the way it used to be but I am getting some erros from this code and I have no idea why. Mind taking a look
.site-banner .site-logo { margin: 0; line-height: 60px; height: 55px; } @media (min-width: 992px) { .col-md-2 { width: 30%; } .col-md-10 { width: 70%; } } @media (max-width: 991px) { html .site-banner .site-logo img { max-width: 200px; } } .site-banner .site-logo { line-height: 55px; } @media (max-width: 991px){ .main-navigation ul.menu > li.site-mobile-menu-toggle{ position: absolute; background: transparent; left: 0px; z-index: 1; } .main-navigation ul.menu>li.menu-item-gsearch{ position: absolute; right: -5px; z-index: 1; } html .site-banner .site-logo img { width: auto; padding-bottom: 5px; padding-left: 0px; } } @media (max-width: 500px){ max-width: 100%;{ } } @media (max-width: 991px) { .site-banner .site-branding { position: absolute; text-align: center; left: 47px; right: 45px; z-index: 1; } }

BTW WOW! nice update. the website feels faster. Unless I am imagining, also you don’t see the mobile menu bar glitching out of the screen! Great work guys.

Found the problem
@media (max-width: 500px){ max-width: 100%;{ } }
THank you anyways 🙂

Jacob you were right, that was very very easy to do But I was wondering though, what is the ‘large’ size you guys would use to keep proportions and also not to mess with how the hero banner looks, just improving the resolution? the default by wordpress 1024 by 1024 but that is way too big I believe.
Thank you guys

No, I like to keep them as reference of the things I still need to work on at a later time.
