Following a long overdue update from 1.5.0.2 I’m having trouble getting a posts loop running on the front page natively. In the previous version of the theme a static front page was used based on page.php, which fetched the posts loop using yt_theme_secondary_queryposts_query() via yt_after_loop(). This function has since been removed from includes/theme-functions.php though, and I’m struggling to see if this functionality has been moved elsewhere or removed altogether. However, I noticed in the docs as part of the tutorial to create a custom home page that pagebuilder is used to achieve this; is this now the recommended way to implement a posts loop on a static front or is there still something providing similar functionality to yt_theme_secondary_queryposts_query() that I’ve missed?
