Hello,
I just found some more bugs. During the adding new post, I couldn’t type any tag to add new tag. Normally when I typing tag, there will be list following for suggestion, but after updating, this function doesn’t work.
As well as in the All Post page. When click on Quick Edit, nothing is showing up as before.
Everything was working normally before changing to this theme. As well as no any new plugin was installed.
Hope you could guide me through this.

Dear @Maxxi,
Thank you very much for your support. I checked and the website admin is normal now. I read somewhere in tutorial to disable Heartbeat API to let the menu load faster. I will read it more carefully now.
But now the website is having new problem. Since yesterday, the menu with mega posts not showing off. No new plugin was installed. Only old plugin is disable or deleted. And changing only in CSS files.
For the menu, I added extra icon next to search box for member to login. However, after adding it, the mega posts still works normally. It only unable to show sub posts about 5 hours after.
I hope those information can be helpful to examinate the situation.
Best regards,
Brian

Supper, thank you very much. I have a question.
Point 1: The loading time for menu is quite low. I am really satisfied with your theme loading time when combine with W3 total cache and cloudflare. However, I don’t know how to many the menu load faster.
I was using this plugin: http://codecanyon.net/item/suppa-multifunctional-wordpress-mega-menu/7265033 for my menu and it load about 3 times faster than your mega menu. So my question is do you have any plan to improve the loading time of mega menu for loading faster. Because if you have no plan or it can be improved, I will have to use the plugin I mentioned above. It is for better user experience.
Point 2: I already contacted Jetpack to verify the problem with the website inaccessible. and I hope they can solve it out. But the reason I need install jetpack is because your theme need the infinity load from Jetpack. My question is why don’t you include this script in your theme for user can have option to use rather than need to install 3rd plugin. I tried to install the infinity load stand alone plugin, it can be used but the user interface is not that’s good as before.
Point 3: Please take a look at the attachment file. Can you let me know where in the setting, I can make the first level menu, such as: Magazine, contacts us, Apps to have bolder text or uppercase. To make it look more different with submenu as in your demo.
Point 4: This is optional, cause it is the third party plugin not include in your theme. But it would nice if you could give a hind to fix it. I am using the plugin Ads by datafeedr.com for banner. To use them in ad position, I need to insert short code or php code. such as:
[dfads params='groups=-1']
or<?php echo dfads( 'groups=-1' ); ?>
I tried to put both of them in ads setting, but it doesn’t work, as well as modifying the theme, but no hope.
Again, I really appreciate your team support. It is not only the best theme I ever used but also the best after service as well. Really well done.
Best regards,
Brian

Dear @Maxxi,
Thank you very much for your detail reply.
#1. It would be great if your team are planning to improve the load time of the menu. Because if it will be the same, I have to consider to switch back to the previous plugin menu. I asked some of our members test and this is the only one most people not satisfy with the new website design. So really excited to see your new update
#2. I already solved it with Jetpack, they contact me back that the problem is my website can’t connect via cURL. So I asked support from hosting and now the problem is solved. What’s I don’t understand is why it can work from the first place. And after reactivate, it stop connecting…
#3. Thank you, I already solved it by adding custom CSS
#4. The situation happens only after updating version 1.0.2 and installing Jetpack. There are no any new other plugin and I already tested by turn off and on each plugin but couldn’t figure out (including remove cache in W3 total cache and cloudflare) Mega post only works only about 5 minutes after remove all caches now….
If there is no clear solution, I will not using the mega post under the new version 1.0.3 come out.
Best regards,
Brian

Hello @Maxxi,
I will wait for @Jacob support on why the post is not load in mega menu.
About Jetpack, you are right, the problem is with the server so I already fixed it for allowing access in cURL
About the WP Super Cache vs W3 Total cache, I read some report and comparing about those two plugins, most of them refer W3 total cache. I did test between my site and your demo. It is not too much different. In average about 3-5 seconds to have the all the posts under menu fully loaded. For some large category, it can go up to 7 seconds in my site… It is considered to be really low.
In the plugin that I mentioned and used, it takes only 1 second to fully loaded with cloudflare support as I am using now. My expectation is 1-2 seconds only to have the best user experience.
The reason I did switch back to that plugin because I refer to use from the same developer with out adding new plugin… Hope you team can solve the problem with menu in new update, It is the only issue I am having now 🙂 Beside that, everything is just perfect. All of my editor and readers love the new website.
Best regards,
Brian

@Maxxi
From my website (using W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare)
– Ajax Menu: 3-4 seconds (depends on category)
– Ajax posts widget: 3 seconds
– Infinite Scroll: 4 seconds (6 extra posts)From your demo
– Ajax Menu: 3 seconds (about 20% testing time no loads any, need to refresh the page)
– Ajax posts widget: 2 seconds
– Infinite Scroll: 2 seconds (4 extra posts)I am in South Korea

@Maxxi, @Jacob,
I just uninstall the W3 Total Cache and install WP Supper Cache.
All the problem is solved now, the menu mega posts works normally and load faster. Before 3-4 seconds now is 2-3 seconds only.
When I switch to new cache plugin, website loaded at 850ms for single post, it was about 650ms before. But it is still really good.
Maybe some of this information can help your team for the next update.
Best regards,
Brian

Dear @Jacob,
Don’t worry about delaying the reply. I know you and your team was working hard to improve the theme. It is great news to know your team can increase the menu loading speed.
I actually changed from W3 Total Cache to WP Supper Cache with the recommend from @Maxxi. Honestly, it is really good, much easier to do the setting and the page function load faster (menu, infinity load) as well as solve the problem with my mega menu doesn’t load the posting.
I just wonder is it possible that you solve us your setting for the WP Supper Cache in your demo to have the best outcome.
Really exciting to see your next theme update.
Cheers,
Brian

Hello @Maxxi,
Great, I just tested it, the loading of posts from megamenu is much faster as you said. About 1-2s here in Korea for me. But I saw there is a clear improvement in the speed.
Can you please let me know your setting in the WP Supper Cache in your demo to have the best opimization as your demo. Just curious to have the best outcome. Screenshort should be ok 🙂
Cheers,
Brian

Hello @Jacob,
I did clear cached from Chrome but still not change. But now everything is normal. The loading speed of menu is faster but not significant in my site. It was about 3-4 seconds. Now it is about 2-3 seconds. It is still considered to be lower than expected.
But it may because Purge Cache from cloudflare recently. I will see and check out more about few hours later.
Do you have any plan to replace the yt-social-sharing with something similar with http://www.mashshare.net/ ? I was using it before and it was great. Because when user see the total share, they may more motivated to share the article as others. It is not important. It is only my opinion. Because if you don’t have plan for it. I could use the plugin above and change CSS to similar with your share box.
I also have problem with the comment counts function. I will create this in another topic 🙂
Cheers,
Brian
