Dear wpthms,
I would like to ask can we have an fixed menu for smartphone view of the template or not?
And how can we set up the ads differently for smartphone and desktop view?
Best regards,
Brian

Hello @Jacob,
Thank you for a quick reply. I will check out the ad size reference. I do use the ad agency but we also serve our own ads, so this function is quite handy.
Bests,
Brian

Hello @Jacob,
I have another problem with the ads option. I am not sure this is because of the theme, the cache function or the ad agency itself. I use ad code for the ad area in the top of the page. However, the ad sometime shows, sometime it not showing anything.
For example:
Ad shows here: http://moosin.net/2014/06/overcoming-the-student-summer-drought/
Ad not shows here: http://moosin.net/2014/06/martial-arts-belts-ranks-infographic/Best regards,

@Jacob, I still have problem viewing the ad in some page. I use ad code from http://www.nplexmedia.com/ and maybe I will contact them to ask about it. I don’t think it is your theme issue. I just remember when I used picture and html code to put in the ad setting, it shows normally. Only having issue when using ad code from other company.
About Adsense, they are the best I used them before. But my previous account and disable by Google because of the invalid click on ads 🙁 they didn’t tell why but I guess the only problem because my staff click on the ads from their work computer. But let me try to apply for them again with different account.
Cheers,
Brian

@Jacob, after chatting with you. I reapplied to Google Adsense and was accepted. The code you was copying is the code from my new account and according to their FAQs. The ad may not shows up due to “previously rejection”
So I switch back to my previous ad agency: http://www.nplexmedia.com/ now and see if a week from now, absence will show off or not.
Thank you for your support for this issue. May I asked if I can place short code in the ad setting instead of html or ad code? Seem like this option is not available now?

@Maxxi,
Just to keep you update. I change the ad company. Now I am using adversal. The ad quality is much better than the nplexmedia. And all the problems with ads (responsive, sometime disable) are gone now 🙂
Still can’t do anything with with google ads, I think I will quit using them in our website.
Regards,
