Hi There!

I just purchased this amazing theme and so far I’ve done Steps 1 – 2.1 (skipped 2.2 backup) and am stuck on 2.3 Setting up the menu.

I’m either overlooking something huge or my Theme Locations is missing completely! I tried following the instructions to a “T” by the nicely provided documentation that came with the theme. But I cannot seem to see my Theme Locations. I also want to add that I have tried entering a “Menu Name” and clicking the “Create Menu” button, but nothing happens.

Attached is a screenshot of my Appearance > Menus.

I apologize if I overlooked something along the way.

Hi Maxx,

I tried adding a custom menu but I could not.

Do you know why I could not?

Thanks,
Darren

Maxx –

You say ‘just create a menu.’ I cannot do this. I’ve already showed that above.

Please carefully read my comments. Here is what I do:

>> WP Dashboard
> Appearance
> Menus
> (Here is where something is messed up) I try naming a menu
> click ‘Create Menu” button
> Nothing happens

Check out the screenshot above. Attached is another screenshot after I click the ‘create menu’ button.

I’m sorry if I’m coming across overly direct. I’m just frustrated and ready to abandon this theme.

… But I really like it and don’t want to — I still think this is an awesome theme 🙂 There is just something weird going on.

I’ve followed many how-to’s including the one you’ve provided with the theme and this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXvj-Ujp1tQ

But not working 🙁 no tab with my menu name is created. It’s just blank after I try to create a menu.

Should I completely destroy everything I’ve worked on and start over?

Let me know what you think!

Thanks,
Darren

Sorry the image was just over sized. Here is is.

This is what I get after I try creating a menu.

That custom menu disappears and I cannot try creating it again because it says I’ve already created one.

Very confusing.
