Is there a limit to the number of Page Builder elements that you can in a single page?  I am currently at 58 with 35 more to add to complete my solutions page scroller with active anchors for in-page jumping, and buttons to go to More Detail pages. Did not find anything in the documentation to address this and am wondering if this can be adjusted in the php or css files to increase the limit of elements? If so, what file and what line?

One my Solutions page, I am only able to add 8 of 14 solutions (each solution section is made up of: Divider line, custom content – solution name, custom content image, custom content description, custom content empty, custom content – 2 buttons, Divider line. This continues down the page to achieve a scrolling page of quick info for each solution we offer with the buttons enabling the viewer to See More Details (go to a page dedicated to that solution discussion, or a Contact Us now button)

If I add the 9th solution set of elements, hit update and wait for it finish updating the database, when I scroll back down the page builder list, the new elements I just added are now gone. It will not let me add more.

Will there be a new version that will fix a lot of these bugs. It is really frustrating to have all these issues as it appears to be a great theme.

I am having the following issues:

    1. can’t seem to get the page builder to activate on new pages. Each time include the page builder attribute it doesn’t appear. I try to include it and save/update the page and it still doesn’t work/

    2. For some strange reason I noticed that on different occasions I will lose all the page builder data that I spent hours building as it just seem to disappear when trying to save. Why is there not an auto-save feature as with some of the more stable themes.

I am using this theme for a pretty significant with huge potential business project, but am starting to consider using something else. Because this theme is not functioning as advertised!

    Hey Alyssa,

I took a look at the thread and this is not my case. I tend to lose data from page builder elements when I am inside adding content to a particular element. Then once I am complete updating the element, then I close out that element and everything looks OK.. At this point there is no more info to update or it doesn’t show that the element is still loading etc.

How else am I able to ensure that the page builder elements will stick, when I am 100% complete with updating them. Because the next logical thing to do is to save the entire page and once I save the WP page and it refreshes all of the entire page builder elements are gone.

I am not a professional coder but that just doesn’t seem right….

OK. Just don’t login to my site for a while. My web company/host is working to get the site back. We get it back for a few minutes and then it crashes again. The changes in the htaccess really mucked up their server.

What were the custom filters that were added? Everything seemed to be working fine again but then I updated the Permalinks from the Settings and it kicked the 500 Server Error again.

Appears that the functions.php file you attached here was a duplicate of the update you made in the theme. So replacing it didn’t do anything. It just put the filter back in place to rewrite the htaccess file again to var_100000/n which crashes the servers.  I have updated the functions.php to remove the filter code, and removed the var_100000/n line from the htaccess. Appears to be working now. Will cross fingers.
