hello
I have recently purchased the theme and of course I have a few questions for you … thank you for your help
1) I have read the documentation but I still can’t understand how to use the google fonts. I have enabled google fonts but still in the list I still have plain fonts like Helvetica and so on, not the google fonts.
2) My Instagram feed doesn’t show in the footer.I have placed the instagram widget feed in the footer, and indicated my account (argone69) but it doesn’t show. I have tried also to put the USER ID and Access Token in the “subscribe and connect” part but it still didn’t work.
3) I want to get rid of the grey ad blocks everywhere. should I remove the code in the “Ads part”
4) I want to change the width of the main blog post area to 700 px. Please tell me where I can do that.
5) In my posts, now I have the former featured image (in my previous theme design – the square one) as the first picture inside the post. I don’t want it to be there.
6) I don’t want the avatar and “view all articles by argone” mentioned at the bottom of every post. Please tell me how I can get rid of that.
7) Can I get smaller squares than the two big ones on the home page ? What picture is featured for these squares ? Which size is optimal ? (the ones I have now where 450×450 and it seems blurry)
I think that’s all for now, my blog url is :
big thank you for your help

Thank you Jacob
1&2. GOOGLE FONTS AND INSTAGRAM FEED : I don’t know how to change my PhP version. I have read the other forum topic link but which panel are they talking about ? where is it ? in wordpress ? Could you be more specific ? thank you
3. ADS : Problem solved. I have removed the code lines inside the boxes. I was asking if this was what I was supposed to do.
4. BLOG POST TEXT WIDTH : Sidebar width and space between are fine as they are. It’s just the main blog text area I want 700 px. (since my pics are 700 px wide) (note I have used childtheme when installing the theme)
5. FORMER FEATURED IMAGE INSIDE THE POST. I will reply in a private mode for this point, giving you my WP credentials.
6. Problem solved, thank you.
7. Where is this block “image sizes” located ? In which menu ? Please be more specific. thank you for giving me your settings.
8. I would like to try the “food magazine” homepage variation, but I cannot find this choice in the panels.
9. I want the footer organized as in your demo : Firstly the instagram feed (hope I can solve my php problem), and then below, 3 columns with 3 widgets or text areas. (in yours it is 1)twitter 2)Facebook 3) newsletter and social media links. Can you tell me how to do this ? thank you
10. I want the menu below the header logo, not above. Can you tell me how to do this ? thank you.

I cannot see your answer to point 4 ?
Is it possible to have a 700 px width for blog main text area and keep the padding at 40, and right side bar at 400 px ?
thank you,

hi – thank you for your answer.
It’s weird because in my previous theme Morphis I had no problem using google fonts.
I’ll come back later to you for other points but for point 5 :
5. I still cannot get rid of that square pictures at the beginning of my posts … 🙁 I went to Little Elegancé/Theme Options/Blog Settings/SinglePost/ and tried to tick / untick some options in the “hide post thumbnails of formats” section … (I even tried to tick them all – NO CHANGE !). Which one is supposed to be ticked to get rid of this picture ? Thank you.
And what is the difference between the up and down buttons “save all changes” “save and refresh” ? I don’t understand why they are at two levels (up and down)
Thank you

could you please tell which fonts have been used in the demo ?
I had a look inside the “Theme Options data” file and all these txt files are unreadable to me (tried on pc and mac) when I try it looks like this YToxOntzOjEzOiJ0eXBvX2FsdF9mb250IjthOjc6e3M6NDoiZmFjZSI7czoyOToiZ29vZ2xlZm9udC1CYWQrU2NyaXB0OnJlZ3VsYXIiO3M6NDoic2l6ZSI7czo0OiIyNHB4IjtzOjY6IndlaWdodCI7czozOiI0MDAiO3M6NToic3R5bGUiO3M6Njoibm9ybWFsIjtzOjY6ImhlaWdodCI7czo0OiIxLjI1IjtzOjEzOiJsZXR0ZXJzcGFjaW5nIjtzOjM6IjBweCI7czo5OiJ0cmFuc2Zvcm0iO3M6NDoibm9uZSI7fX0=
could you please give me the list of all the fonts used in the demo of your theme please ? I think they are very pretty. (they are not the ones mentioned in the file “Typography”, I have already checked).
Thank you and sorry for all these questions that come in a sort of random way.

I would like to place thumbnails in the sidebar i.e. images with a link to a category of my posts. I tried but it didn’t work. What would be the best to use ? the ad widget, or the text widget ? Does the text widget accept html code ?
I have tried this code in the text widget (tried also with the ad but didn’t work either)
It is an image of Malta, with a link to all my posts about this destination.
I hope this is clear …
thank you very much

hello Jacob
hey I have a newer version of Php 🙂 (and my blog looks much better now)
I still have to translate some bits in french, but first I have a question about this font (custom font “journal” – italic, hand written styled) used in the demo for categories : where should I put it (heading 1, heading 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ??…) in the Default Typo tab ?
Thank you !
