I decided to deactivate the social share counters and instead I am using a plugin. But I was wondering how can I place the new social icons where the old ones used to be (on top of the feature picture).

I just need to put the short code of the plugin in that place but I have no idea what file I have to copy to the child theme and where do I need to place it in that file.

    thank you

That works but is there a way to put it on top of the image and the date? same as how the sharing icons works when they are activated in style 2?

That work great! thank you so much maxxi.

I had just another question. Is there a way to put the date and the author in the same line? since if you have the date and author at the same time in style 1 it shows 2 rows. Is there a way to make it only one row? o perhaps put the author row below the feature image?

    thank you in advance
