    Hello,

I am using livefyre function for commenting in my website. I found that the comment count function in the hero banner show the accurate number of comments (picture 1). However, in the comments count under post tital in single post, it is not correct and only show 0 comments (picture 2)

Would you mind to assist me on this.

    Best regards,

@Maxxi, Thank you for your reply. I just contacted Livefyre and ask about it as well. I will see what they say after.

    Best regards,

    Brian

@jacob, Because our website is still new so not many readers engage directly from the website. In exchange, we have more than 200.000 fans in social networks, it is more likely they will comment in social networks and those comments will be synced back to our website. It will make our website looks more likely and active.

I tested all comment modules before and see that livefyre is the only one have that’s function as well as much easier to customize the UI.

I think to switch back to Disqus later when the reader comment directly from website increasing.

    Cheers,

    Brian
