Another pagebuilder issue

    I’ve read through as many threads as I can find about this topic and it appears there is no solution other than “delete and re-install the latest version” from the developer. This IS the latest version. The site was only up for 2 days. How can you possibly continue to sell the theme when it’s clear that in the past 6 months and multiple updates have done nothing to fix this?

    I bought and downloaded my version yesterday and I’m having the same issue. Is there a solution? It is extremely frustrating and I’m afraid to waste more time on it. I am not a developer.

    Are you really suggesting that those threads fix this problem? Those would be the exact examples I would give for NOT purchasing this theme. No help whatsoever. I demand a refund.

    As I mentioned before, the installation worked fine for 2 days. It was a fresh installation with no other plugins other than the required ones by this theme. Even the threads you’ve linked to say the host is not the issue. I’ve already contacted Envato support to request that this theme be removed. I hope everyone else who sees this does the same.

    There has been a problem for months. If it doesn’t work on my host, a host that hosts millions of websites, then don’t you think it might be a problem with your theme? Why would I let a developer I don’t know have access to my server? If your next response isn’t, “I’ll refund your money” then I’ll consider this a waste of time and take the necessary measures to get my money back.

    I said MY site has been up for 2 days. The ONLY version of your theme I’ve ever had was the one purchased last week. You have known about the issue for 6+ months at least. Read the links you posted above. It’s not new.

    You’re still putting blame on everyone but yourself. A product should not break after 2 days. That’s reason enough to offer a refund. Let alone me have to demand it and STILL refuse to give one.

    Please, explain to me where the solution is in that thread. Saying the hosting is “WEIRD” and how much work his friend “Max” did to solve the problem does NOT a solution make.

    Ok, I just lost my homepage. I had exported an XML file hoping it would be backed up but I imported and nothing. What login information do you need to fix this?

    As I mentioned earlier in my posts, this project is time sensitive. I’ve already purchased another theme. There is no point now. All I want is a refund. I’ve said this numerous times over and have not received one yet. I’ve taken that as yeahthemes not honoring that request and have started the process of a chargeback.
